I'm guessing that should be ATX3DT<number>, as the 3 by itself isn't AT 
standard command of any sort I'm aware of. Stacking commands like this is 
quite legitimate though.

Note: I've been working with modems since about 1983, and have worked for a 
few companies who made them over the years. You learn a lot about the little 
things in the process. :D
