Alacarte Menu Editor

Once upon a time I had installed Panda SecureDesktop.  This was uninstalled
long ago and all its directories removed via the command line, however, an
entry still persists in the Alacarte Menu Editor.  This entry refuses to be
deleted.

Could someone, please, point me in the right direction to locate the
Alacarte menu with all its entries.
