PDA / Handheld Phone

Hi All,

I have just helped a friend move over to Ubuntu, and his Palm Pilot has
just died a miserable death, he needs to get a replacement really soon.
I was hoping maybe somebody has had some experience or could make a
recommendation.

His basic requirements:
Mobile Phone
Calendar / Address Book must sync with evolution
Needs to be able to access the internet

He has been looking at a Palm Treo 600 HP iPAQ hw6515 as he can buy
these second hand and they are in his price bracket (only can afford
$100-200)

It'd be cool if he could get linux to run on the device but not
critical, as long as the requirements above are met he'll be happy.
I've had a look around on http://www.handhelds.org but can't really find
a decent comparison list for functionality / price, if there is such a
thing would be great to have a look. Most of the reviews I have read
seem quite biased and
