I did an 'unofficial' upgrade to WM6 so I could have the internet
sharing work.  The DUN using the WM5 wireless modem app is less than
ideal.

Sorry, I can't help you more with WM5.  Perhaps search the net for an
Internet Sharing installer CAB.  It is available in WM5 AKU3, but for
some reason it was left out by HTC/iMate/Dopod/etc.
