School assignment

Hi all,

I have a school assignment to do. I need to do a 2 page newspaper and am planing to use "Ubuntu" as one of my display ads.

Does any one know what the the copy right is around the logo and, if any, where I can get consent to use it. I have a "legal freak" for an English teacher.
