Newbie Install Advice

[Trias]

Motherboard is MSI brand K8N Neo4-FX (uses nforce4 chipset)

I am unsure about the hard and optical drives.  I guess they are SATA but
guesses aen't always a good idea. I did not build this system, is there a
simple way to get this info for you?
