How to take backup in ubuntu Dapper

Hi,

Am using Ubuntu Dapper 6.06 LTS.I have sucessfully installed parental
control in that mechine.now it is woring as a firewall gateway for 15
clinets.
Is there any way to backup and resote the entire OS.

Please guide me.
