Firestarter error

This is a locale compatability error that has something to do with the fact
that certain X11 applications aren't completely compatable with glibc.
I'm not sure about the solution but it appears you need to add a locale that
Firestarter supports. Unfortunately I don't know the locale :(
I think the way to add a locale is with the command localedef -c (locale) or
it may be localedef -i. I'm nowhere near a Linux box right now to check.
