You're expecting someone with a clue to be working the shop floor at 
Coles^H^H^H^H^HDick Smith?  I was in the Broadway (Sydney) store the 
other day and had to show the shop droid how to use the card swiper.  
She kept trying to swipe it with the magnetic strip the wrong way 
around.
