LCA Open Day plans

It's all well and good to be able to convert someone to Ubuntu, but how are 
they going to get support afterwards? There are plenty of resources - 
community-based and commercial - that are available for GNU/Linux users. 

The best way to communicate this to people at Open Day would be to provide an 
handout (double-sided A4) with a description of resources like URLs, LUGs and 
IRC channels. Would someone with some desktop publishing skills be able to 
create one? Here are some resources we can point to:
