LCA Open Day plans

Hi Guys and team,

(some of you will be getting this mail twice, but I just want to make
sure it gets noticed only 9 days left... eep!)

Ok, I've made a small summary of who has nominated to help, and what
resources they've offered.

David Symons
    * A4 Posters?    <-- please confirm

    * Contact info slips for Ubuntu-Au, like I send out with stickers
(lists wiki page, website, irc and email).
    * a plethora of 'powered by' stickers

Currently we have:

- 3 computers (David's, Paul's and mine)
- CDs either supplied by Peter or (more) from Canonical (not sure if it
will arrive in time).
- Probably 2 or 3 CD display boxes
- 1 Copy of the Ubuntu Book (for display)

What we need yet:

- ~300 bags. Either 200 orange (or yellow or red) and 100 blue or 300 of
an earthy color (yellow, orange, red, brown, cream) or white. These bags
should be approx A4 size. Unfortunately, paper bags are quadruple the
price of plastic ones, which seem to go for ~$10/hundred.
- As many A4 prints of

as is humanly possible, hopefully at least 300. *David*, can you
confirm, deny?
- A few hundred of the brochures. We might get some (iirc ~200) from
Canonical, but around 400 is recommended. *Paul*, can you do this?
- Someone to print out a copy of http://meldra.no-ip.info/lca-poster.svg
that is "max 1m X 1m"
