Updates on the Mailing List and IRC channels

Hello everyone,

I have updated the Ubuntu Australian Team wiki with information on our Mailing 
List and IRC channels.

  https://wiki.ubuntu.com/AustralianTeam/MailingLists
  https://wiki.ubuntu.com/AustralianTeam/IRC

New developments include:

  * the split of the IRC channel into #ubuntu-au and #ubuntu-au-chat
  * Web-based interfaces to read and post to the mailing lists, including
    Gmane and Google Groups

Please note the the Ubuntu Code of Conduct continues to apply to all Ubuntu-Au 
communications media.
