Switching mirror for Ubuntu downloads

here is what i have in my sources.list file to access the internode mirror

deb http://mirror.internode.on.net/pub/ubuntu/ubuntu edgy main
restricted universe multiverse
deb http://mirror.internode.on.net/pub/ubuntu/ubuntu edgy-updates main
restricted universe multiverse
deb http://mirror.internode.on.net/pub/ubuntu/ubuntu edgy-security
main restricted universe multiverse
deb http://mirror.internode.on.net/pub/ubuntu/ubuntu edgy-backports
main restricted universe multiverse

change edgy for your version and the sudo apt-get update
