Do you mean software running on your computer or a web service?

For software, there are quite a few.  Have a look around the packages 
site:

There's also the (non-free) Picasa software available from Google.  Not 
sure how easy that would be to install.

For web services, I'm very keen on Smugmug, but there are many others.
