Hi,

You need to edit the file as the superuser.  Do this by:

1. Hit <ALT>F2 and run the command 'sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list'.

2. Then (as Karl mentioned previously) find the line in the file with
"http://wine.budgetdedicated.com/apt" on it and add "deb " in front of
it (similar to other lines in the file).

3. Save the file and retry.
