Lets get the ball rolling again :)

Good afternoon!

I have only recently joined the UbuntuAU mailing list after being an
Ubuntu supporter/casual user since 5.04.  Recently, with the changes
in Vista among other things, I am very seriously considering moving to
Linux full time or at least as much as possible.

In fact, if it wasn't for MSMoney which has my financial history going
all the way back to 2002, I would not hesitate in changing over full
time.  Unfortunately, the personal budget/finance programs I've found
in Linux are close, but not quiet close enough.  WINE doesn't work
with Money either.

In any case I have a number of possible systems where I can deploy
Ubuntu, but more than that, I am hoping to evangelize as many of my
friends as possible – already have a few converts!  ;-)

Anyway, the name's Daniel, from Brisbane Northside...  I look forward
to becoming an active participant on the mailing list and hopefully
the UbuntuAU movement.
