decrypting launchpad email

Run the command `gpg --send-key KEYIDHERE'.

For example:
yuki at sohma:~$ gpg --list-keys
/home/yuki/.gnupg/pubring.gpg
-----------------------------
pub   1024D/890BDBB7 2006-04-14
uid                  Yuki Cuss <celtic at sairyx.org>
sub   2048g/066DD18B 2006-04-14

[... lots of other keys omitted ...]

yuki at sohma:~$ gpg --send-key 890BDBB7
gpg: sending key 890BDBB7 to hkp server keyserver.ubuntu.com
yuki at sohma:~$

Then try to submit it to Launchpad again.
