That is what I am suggesting.

This is where the problem lies. I've tried to join the en-gb group, and 
several months later I am still "a proposed member of this team". They don't 
seem to be responsive at all. Mind you, I haven't yet tried to contact them 
by any other means.

I think I had the Windows 'Recycle Bin' on my mind when I decided upon 
using 'Garbage Bin' :)

I don't have anything against 'Wastebin'.
