proposal for meeting on the state of #ubuntu-au

Hi all,

As someone who frequents #ubuntu-au, and reads the mailing list, I
consider myself partly in the know as far as this. For those such as
jdub, who aren't in the channel, thing's aren't *bad*, they just could
get worse if nothing is done.

So, considering everyone is busy being in Paris, sitting exams,
working etc, maybe we need to conduct an email meeting. Here is an
agenda, cut, pasted and rearranged from Melissa's email.

* absences of the two Ops
  * reflects on the effectiveness of the group
  * IRC topic not updated/readily updatable

* missing out on some vital information
 * lead to the making of misinformed decisions.
 * no one around who knows what's going on

The first is IRC-ish, second is more more general. Basically, I think
there is a need for those currently with the passwords and knowledge
to either re-affirm their commitment to the code of conduct, or to
pass the baton to someone who has the time, energy and spelling
skills* to keep things running smoothly.

Cheers,

Joel

* this rules me out.
