nice speech.
at the moment i don't have any concerns who delivers it.
can we keep please keep the political flame wars off the list.

my main thoughts about this are.
can we forward the speech to other government representatives in other states?
and what are we going to do if the govt seriously considers it and actually 
adopts linux?
that is  quite a large number of computers to setup.
do we have the resources to achieve it?
because if it happens they are going to be looking for a whole bunch of people 
to do it for them since i am pretty sure most of the IT staff for govt are 
not linux geeks.
