</div>There are 80 apps in main and universe that put icons in the panel.<br>
We are looking into defining exactly which icons are used and how<br>
they need to be treated. My first attempt will be to use imagemagick<br>
to re-color these icons monochrome (with slight use of color for some<br>
icons).<br>

as I'm thrilled to see a lot of Humantiy related icons being uploaded
on gnome-look, I don't think that systematically greying apps icons is
a good way to keep a consistent panel. I like to think my panel as a
quiet spot for minimalist information, not the place where icons are
just grey.<br> </div><blockquote class="gmail_quote" style="border-left: 1px solid rgb(204, 204, 204); margin: 0pt 0pt 0pt 0.8ex; padding-left: 1ex;">
We'll work on creating a design spec, getting it signed off and out<br>
into the public asap.<br></blockquote><div><br>Nice.<br> </div><blockquote class="gmail_quote" style="border-left: 1px solid rgb(204, 204, 204); margin: 0pt 0pt 0pt 0.8ex; padding-left: 1ex;">
