[ubuntu-art] New icon needed: Software Updater

Just lurking and thought I'd chime in with a quick idea that uses the idea
of new packaging.. or more specifically unwrapping. The png is attached
along with the svg file for anyone wanting to fiddle (ie. improve on it). :)

Warning to anyone playing with the svg file.. I'm notorious for not using
layers or any amount of decent organization in my inkscape work. Be
forwarned. Everything's just done by eye on the fly. LOL
