I'm in Argentina (UTC -3).
Now, considering that IRC and Forum had almost the same support, why not
using both? After all, they can be complementary.
For example, now we need to set up a meeting on IRC... but we're doing
it on the official mailing list, and the idea was not to bloat this list
with "unofficial" stuff, right?
So, why don't we all sign up at the forum, where we can have a
time-zone-independent place and use it as a complement to IRC. For
example, to set up the next meeting?
