[ubuntu-art] ubuntu-art Digest, Vol 88, Issue 32

George Streten grstreten at me.com
Fri Jan 25 21:43:10 UTC 2013

Hi,

If somebody is going to be hosting it, then Id love to get involved…
As i said in a previous email, I am only 13, but I have experience in HTML, Objective C, Drupal, Wordpress, and a tiny bit of Javascript.

I am currently busy with lots of schoolwork, but I am ready and eager to give up most of my spare time to work on the site.

Whoever has decided to take charge of it, please contact me, and I'll be ready to help.

Many Thanks,
George Streten

I think the idea of making a website has potential. If it works - good, if not nothing changes. Questioning the status quo can sometimes bring interesting results :)

But the question I asked is Is there really a need for such a place and can't you use already build infrastructure to store your work? Maybe I'm too old and rational but imho this is just a unnecessary exercise, isn't it?
