[ubuntu-art] Improving Access to Themes -- Helping Users Find What They Want

Hi again,

I realized that ubuntu-devel-discuss is probably the best list for this 
type of suggestions--so I'll go there but keep an eye on this list for 
some time in case someone has a comment.
