[ubuntu-art] Hi guys

My name is Serghei Rinja and I am from Romania. I am 37 and  have taken an
interest lately in graphic design,  so I made a countdown banner for
Pangolin. It might not be much but it took me some effort and I would like
to submit it. The problem is I cannot upload it to the wiki page. I tried
the help section but to no avail. Any advice would be much welcome. Thanks.
