Unfortunately that banner isn't usable, because:
* It does at least two of the "Things You Can't Do" with Google
trademarks <http://www.google.com/permissions/guidelines.html>:
"remove, distort or alter any element of a Google Brand Feature"
(the logo on the right), and "incorporate Google Brand Features into
your own product name, service names, trademarks, logos, or company
names" (the Chromium logo embedded in the USC icon on the left).
* It includes static text. Banner artwork will have translated text
overlaid on it using HTML, so as I said on Tuesday, the artwork
itself shouldn't use prominent text in any particular language.
(That at least is easily fixed.)
* It stops sharply at 700 pixels width, which would look bad for any
USC window wider than 700 pixels.
Cheers
