So I understood those as w*h ratios where 2^ = square, 1.5x1 = 1hx1.5w etc.
As its SVG pixel size wouldn't necessarily be important as it could be
scaled. Though an indication of intended target sizes would be good as an
indication of how much detail can go in the button. Obviously a 16x16 or
even 32x32 is going to look bad when scaled from a larger source.
