It's a good question as to when the design/theme/context is finalized, I guess shortly before the freeze ;)
No, seriously, we're trying to get the theme tested by a wider audience as part of Natty alpha2 and will maybe revise a few points if there are strong concerns.

So all in all it's as final as alpha2 can be. But I can poke you when I'm sure it's finalized.
