[ubuntu-art] Request: Meerkat

Hey everyone,

For maverick marketing materials we need an svg meerkat, something
simple and compelling.

The specifications are this:

 * Simple Design
 * Less than 100KiB in size
 * Somewhat editable/positionable but not required
 * Whole body image
 * Your choice of what to have her holding or wearing.
