[ubuntu-art] Re ady for Xubuntu Wallpaper Submissions

I am pleased to announce we are ready to accept Xubuntu wallpaper
submissions. Just to get things started I posted my first submission and it
is available  http://www.flickr.com/groups/uawt-7/ here  for your
consideration.

The guidance from the spec states a blue palette and I decided to use these

colors  for this submission. Although abstract, high performance is implied
with the dust trail from the ball of light.
