Ivanka,

This is certainly a project that would add value to Ubuntu and the
community. I find it awkward using Launchpad bug tracking in this manner but
with a blend of wiki maybe this will work. :-)

IMO it needs a blueprint which can be linked to the specification.

I am willing to draft a specification with milestones for your
consideration. I don't know what the requirements are but we can discuss
that in a future dialog.

I will also include assumptions as discussion points. 

I can have v1 of the spec ready by 11/15 or sooner for your consideration.

Is this agreeable?
