[ubuntu-art] Countdown banner for 10.04

Hi, this is your last weekend to work on a submission for the countdown
banner. Even if your draft is rough, get your ideas up on
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Website/LucidCountdownBanners so that we can review
them and choose one. There will be time for polish for a little while after
the deadline (which is Tuesday).
