[ubuntu-art] .doc, .xls, etc icons in Humanity Update

I hate to keep replying to this, but I would like some feedback...

I made some updates.  
    * Made the letters so they're all the same size (a problem I didn't
notice until my last post)
    * Put highlight around the letters
    * Made the edges round
