[ubuntu-art] Countdown banner for 10.04

I think it would help tremendously if we could gain access to the
following resources:

- - The "Ubuntu" font, used with the 9.10 branding artwork, and
- - The SVG images of the new logotype.
- - The new, official, colour palette.
