It's not a formal thing or requirement, I just like to get an idea of

Sadly I have to ask: You work with already existing manga character
drawings, or did you draw them yourself?

In the first case that's OK in principal, I just hope that you pay
attention to licensing/trademark/attribution issues.

In the later case I would be very impressed.

It seems some people like this air-brushed look. Well done if that was
the aim. Otherwise you should try to leave the texture of the skin
intact. It's kinda funny that some (digital) painters try to master
realistic skin with a fine texture, while retouchers in the commercial
realm erase what is there.
