One thing the Packaging docs does is, it has How To's already

I'v setup the wiki for that:
<https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Artwork/LocalContacts>

If the contact finds that there is an increased demand, for
translations, for their language, the translations can be done on the
wiki itself, similar to the Packaging guide.
Anyone have any other ideas?
