I don't know how to make debs, so it's just a drop-in filesystem tree.

I've been having a bit of a problem with transitions, they almost always
happen about 20 minutes before the intended time. I think ideally it should
fade for a few minutes between pictures, but I don't know how to set that (I
though it was the <duration> tag, but strage things happened when I gave it
time values).
