Human skin 0.7 beta(testing)

changelog:colorize scrollbar, light changes in gardients, some
corrections in metacity roundless(on maximise) and button restore
changed.

I'm thinking about redesign metacity buttons because the current is copy
to kde4. 

but I need ideas, suggestions,etc..
