[ubuntu-art] GIMP Background Template

Hi!

There has been an SVG template for a while, now I added an XCF one.

Both have "passepartout" layers to let you see how things will look if
the 2560 x 1600 pixel canvas is cropped to conform to other aspect
ratios.

Also updated the SVG for layer naming and grey instead of brown
background.
