Me too :)
But at moment I let it without fixing. I am over gtk-media.
Let me explain you one thing ... There are Icons you see from near (webcam, 
disk, gtk-media) the 3d effect is more, of course. Things far away (1/2 - 1 
meter)  and front-view generally don't have much of 3d-depth. ;)

The lightsource is right. Above - above-right.
