[ubuntu-art] Human-Reprise .1

I've finished up the theme based on comments and suggestions from the
community.  

The final touch missing was a decent Metacity theme, where I feel this
newer version adds the missing flair. I also removed the
GtkToolbar/Menubar shadows, which adds a unique dimension.  I included
the GNOME-Human colors icon theme in the index as I feel it integrates
well with the theme and encompasses the look and feel of a modernized
Human Ubuntu. 

The source code is hosted in Launchpad along with several other themes
I'm working on / modifying.

The theme has been on Ubuntu-Artwork for some time has been well
receiving by other Linux community members.
