The shading is great and the proportions are sound. I realise that this
one is incompatible with a central vanishing point perspective, because
seeing it from a bit above would lead to strong distortion on the floor
level. Still looks good somehow, even though I would curve the bottom a
bit more.

The alternative would be an entirely flat-on projection. Or the addition
of a vertical vanishing point, but that would very likely make it too
dramatic and unfit for small scale.

The top needs refinement, it's unclear about the geometry and lighting
as is.
