[ubuntu-art] Jaunty backgrounds

I figure as the deadline for jaunty backgrounds has passed there are
no new submissions being accepted. Being that I was late I haven't
created a page but I have included the background I was looking at.

Please let me know if submissions are still possible, and if I should
submit this via the wiki.

You can do anything you set your mind to when you have vision,
determination, and and endless supply of expendable labor.
