[ubuntu-art] community-themes package on jaunty

Alright, i'm definately late for making the XFWMs. I spoke with the persons managing artwork for Xubuntu, and we're gonna wait for Karmic, and let this as it is.

There already are XFWMs for Dust and Dust Sand, but their author made it CC By, so i'll have to make a new one from scratch in order to get it in GPLv3.

- Dust & Dust Burnt (burnt looks much better than normal with thunar) http://www.xfce-look.org/content/show.php/Dusty+mod?content=97752 This one is uploaded by me but based on calmario's one, he's the one who should be asked to release in GPL if we don't wanna do it again from scratch.

- Dust Sand : http://www.xfce-look.org/content/show.php/Dust+Sand+XFWM4+theme?content=98074 This one is made by soc, but is really not complete.

If I find the time for it this week-end, i'll make an XFWM for New Wave, but i don't promise anything :)
