[ubuntu-art] Human-Reprise RC

I just uploaded a newer version of Human-Reprise RC and updated the wiki
accordingly.  Thanks to Cimi for the awesome Murrine engine and help
tweaking the theme.  The theme should be usable, but please report any
issues.

I've included the wallpaper possibly under consideration for Jaunty to
demonstrate how beautiful this updated theme can look with retention to
the original theme.  The changes should be subtle for the most part and
still feel Human.

There is nothing really revolutionary about this theme, but I would
classify as more of evolutionary.

Changes:

* Another complete rewrite based on the common-gtkrc
  * Several new options added from Murrine 0.90.1 
  * Uses Human-metacity 
  * Darker base 
  * All Ubuntulooks mix options replaced with shade 
  * New scrollbars
  * New sliders
