The sliders should not be as dark as the metacity because if 
they are they will attract too much attention and will not be usable.

The will look even better without the up and down arrows from the gtkrc.
This version with arrows is specially for Ubuntu's defaults because Open Office does not
display sliders if they don't have steppers (very strange if you ask me).
