[ubuntu-art] Split Backgrounds

Hi!

https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Artwork/Incoming/Karmic/Backgrounds
is _long_ and growing. It's becoming too easy to trigger the wiki's so
called "surge protection" because of the many images. For example, if
you open one of the full size links in a new tab while the page is still
loading.

I it wasn't for this technical reason that shouldn't exist, there would
still be the fact that it's becoming unwieldy to edit.

I think the intro/rules/how-to section should be left where it is, to
replace the submissions sections with links to sub-pages:
 * [Submissions for the default background]
 * Submissions for the extra backgrounds package
   * [Abstract]
   * [Photos]

With 2 pages for extra backgrounds to also split abstract/photos.


Any concerns or alternative proposals?
If not, I will do it in the coming week.
