they look empty :(

the 128px looks very empty :( ... i think it could retain the dates,
 i checked the svg, the problem with the first version seems to be
mainly that the dates are not aligned to the pixels they cut the pixels
a lot. maybe if u aligned them they would look better. :)

and for the 48px instead of dates , just dots to fill the squares? just
to create the illusion of a date?
