[ubuntu-art] [Breathe] Folder icon

I think there should be a common look: we must decide if using colors
is a good idea, and how to use them (if just to achieve a better look,
or instead to use color categorization), and them apply this decision
in both small and big icons.

The idea of removing the folder image in small icons is really
interesting, but could cause misunderstangings, I'm not sure about it.

Also the desktop icon seems to come from Mars: it has nothing to do
with the folder icon, though the desktop is a folder, and I can't
understand why...
